Claude feedback integration: ask Claude what your users want, over MCP
FDBK has an MCP server, so Claude can work with your feedback directly: list your boards, search posts, read a thread, create a post, reply, and change a post's status. Connect it with an API key from Developers; it acts as your team. It's on Pro and Business.
What can Claude do with my feedback?
The tools are list_boards, search_posts, get_post, create_post, reply_to_post and update_post_status. So you can ask "what are the most voted requests on this board?", "is there already a post about CSV export?" or "mark it planned and reply that it's next".
How do I connect Claude Code?
Create an API key under Developers, then add the server over HTTP with claude mcp add, pointing at /api/mcp with the key as a bearer token. The docs have the exact command.
Is it safe to let an assistant change statuses?
The key belongs to your workspace and every change is made as the team, the same as in the inbox. You can revoke a key at any time.

Questions
- Does it work with Claude Desktop and claude.ai too?
- Any MCP client that lets you set an Authorization header on a remote HTTP server can connect, like Claude Code or Cursor. Connectors that only sign in with OAuth can't connect yet.
- Do MCP calls count against a limit?
- They use the API's per-minute limit for your plan; there's no separate bill.
