Discord feedback integration: feature requests posted to your server
FDBK can post to a Discord channel whenever a post is created, changes status, or gets a comment. Paste the channel's webhook URL under Developers and choose the events; no bot to host. It's on Pro and Business.
Why connect a feedback board to Discord?
Communities already talk in Discord, but suggestions there scroll away. With a board, ideas get votes and a status, and the channel still hears about every new one.
How do I set it up?
In Discord, open the channel's settings, create a webhook under Integrations and copy its URL. In FDBK, add an endpoint under Developers, choose Discord, paste the URL and pick the events.
What does the message look like?
A short message with the post title, what happened and a link that opens the post in your FDBK dashboard, for the team. Pin the public board link in the channel so the community can vote and comment.

Questions
- Do I need to run a bot?
- No. FDBK posts through the channel's own webhook.
- Can players vote from Discord?
- Not in Discord itself. Pin the public board link in the channel; players open it and vote there with just a name.
