Questions
- Do you charge per user?
- No. End users, votes and posts are unlimited on every plan. Plans differ in boards, team seats and features.
- What counts as a seat?
- Every person on your team, whatever their role, and pending invites. People who vote or post on your boards never take a seat.
- Do extra Business seats get the yearly discount?
- Yes. Yearly is ten months for the base and for every seat. Seats added partway through a period are charged for the whole period.
- Is there a free trial?
- Free is the trial, and it doesn't expire: one board with everything your users need. Upgrade when you want more.
- What are emails to voters?
- When you change a post's status or the team replies, the people who posted and voted get an email, if you turn it on for that board. Sign-in codes and invites never count.
- How do I pay?
- By card in US dollars through Stripe. It renews on its own and you can cancel any time. In Brazil you can also pay in reais with Pix or card.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Any time, from Billing. Moving a card subscription from Pro to Business credits what's left of Pro.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- After a 3-day grace period the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: boards, posts and votes stay, and private boards stay private.
- How long does the founder price last?
- For as long as the workspace keeps paying. If it lapses to Free, the spot goes to someone else.
