Slack feedback integration: new feature requests in your channel
FDBK can post to a Slack channel whenever someone creates a post, a post changes status, or someone comments. You paste the channel's incoming webhook URL under Developers and pick the events; there's no app to install. It's available on Pro and Business.
Which events go to Slack?
Three: a post is created; a post changes status, including when it's merged; and someone comments or the team replies. You choose which ones each channel gets.
How do I set it up?
In Slack, create an incoming webhook for the channel and copy its URL. In FDBK, open Developers, add an endpoint, choose Slack, paste the URL and pick the events.
Can I send to more than one channel?
Yes. Add one endpoint per channel and choose the events for each. Every endpoint hears about all your boards. Pro includes 5 endpoints and Business 20; failed deliveries are retried for several hours.
