Let Claude or Cursor work with your feedback.

Claude, Cursor and other assistants that speak the Model Context Protocol can read your boards, search posts, add feedback, change statuses and reply. Point them at https://fdbk.online/api/mcp with an API key; calls count toward the same rate limit.

Tools

list_boards List the feedback boards in this workspace.
search_posts Find feedback posts: filter by board, status or words, sorted by newest or most voted.
get_post Read one post with its comments and team replies.
create_post Add a post to a board, for example feedback heard from a customer.
update_post_status Change a post's status. Its author and voters are emailed if the board has that on.
reply_to_post Post an official team reply on a post. Its author and voters are emailed if the board has that on.
