Multi screen dock support

Both parts are in the next version! Turn on Settings > General > "On every display" and each display gets its own Dock. Each one keeps its own workspace: switching workspaces changes only the display you are on, and moving a display to a desktop bound to a workspace (now you can bind one to several desktops) brings that workspace there. Clicking a display's Dock makes its workspace the active one, so pinning or removing apps acts on the workspace in front of you, and switching on one display never hides the apps another display is showing. It's off by default, so nothing changes until you turn it on. I'd love to hear how it works with your setup. I'll post here when the update is out.

This is out now in 0.10.0. If you already have PrimoDock, it arrives through Check for Updates in the menu bar; otherwise download it at dock.oprimo.dev. Thanks for the idea!
